Our Process

Step One

This all starts on building a relationship between our experts and our clients. Get to know us, ask questions, we are happy to provide you any information that you want to know. We are always looking for new clients, but it must be a good fit in both directions.

Step Two

Provide us information based on your current situation so we can work together to determine how and if we can help you. Here is where we will have to ask you to do a little work providing items such as utility bills and current contracts with other providers, if appropriate. Then we will analyze your current situation and determine if we can be helpful. The most important part: We will never try to work with you if we cannot provide a benefit.

Step three

Once we have determined how we can help you; we will utilize the information provided and our internal analysis to provide you with the best products available to you. We will walk you through the entire process through completion.

Step Four

This is the most important step to us because we do not sign you up and walk away until you need us again years from now. We monitor any products for accuracy and savings and communicate this information to you at intervals of your choosing to ensure that we were able to provide the highest level of service to you. We also continually monitor the market looking for the best options for all of our current clients and will inform you of beneficial options, as they arise, and you are interested in hearing about them.
